Nick is a recognized resource for self-funding, pharmacy optimization, and captives. He leverages his passion for data analytics to focus on multi-year strategies to bring cost reduction in employer health spending. His approach to benefits aims to bring price and quality transparency to an otherwise opaque industry. Nick thrives on working with companies that have a long-term focus and executive engagement.

A Risk Management and Insurance graduate of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia he holds Georgia Accident & Sickness and Life licenses, is certified in Self-funding through the National Association of Health Insurance, is a Group Benefits Associate, and a Group Benefits Disability Specialist.

A northeast Georgia native, Nick currently lives in Buckhead with his wife Lauren, son Harrison, daughter Eleanor, and Boykin Spaniel Wally. Most weekends you can find him outdoors walking 18 holes or a new trail. Currently, Nick coaches with Buckhead baseball and works in various roles with The Shepherd Center most recently Chairing ‘Summer in the City’. He is active with CEO Netweavers as well as SHRM-Atlanta where he has served in several key leadership roles. Nick is a former board member of The Terry College of Business Young Alumni Board, Sigma Nu House Corporation, and the Japan-America Society of Georgia. In 2016 Nick was recognized as one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 30 under 30 Who’s Who. In 2019 Nick was recognized by the Employee Benefit Advisor publication as one of 20 Rising Stars in Advising.
