Kathy Sigmon

Kathy serves as an Account Manager for The Benefit Company, supporting clients both in the mid and large group market. She manages the renewal process and assists with the implementation and communication of benefit plans for our clients. She also provides support to our clients as an employee advocate, providing quick resolutions and answers. Kathy has received numerous accolades from our clients in this regard.

Kathy received a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from the University of Georgia, where she also earned a Masters of Social Work.  Kathy has experience working in Human Resources and Employee Benefits since the early ‘90’s. Her experience includes positions with Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., Waffle House and Fulton County Schools. Kathy was previously with The Benefit Company but took a pause to stay at home with her children before returning to TBC in 2013.

Kathy and her husband, Tracy, are proud parents of two children. Most of her free time is spent supporting her children’s various theatre and band activities.  She enjoys singing in her church choir and during the holidays, caroling for the patients at local children’s and veterans hospitals.
