The Benefit Company continues to grow! We are pleased to announce the addition of Bri Pierson and Debbie Green to our team of professionals. Both have experience in the world of employee benefits and will add deep strength to serve you and your clients proactively.
Bri Pierson, a native of Roanoke, Virginia joined TBC as an Account Manager. She began her employee benefits career on the carrier side with Great West Life and Annuity. She quickly recognized her passion for the employee benefits industry and her desire to provide exceptional client service to employees and employers alike with regard to their employee benefit needs.
Bri will assist with the marketing and implementation of your employee benefit plans. You may meet her in person at open enrollment meetings explaining benefits to your employees, making sure they understand their benefits. She is available as a resource to your employees as well.
We welcome Debbie Green upon her relocation from Tennessee to Atlanta. Debbie began her career in the employee benefit world in 2006 and since then has filled many seats, including Marketing Associate, Account Manager and Account Executive.
Debbie has joined The Benefit Company as Director of Client Services. Your employees will have direct access to Debbie to help bring resolution to any claims issue they may have or to offer clarification to any question pertaining to their benefit plan. She will also be on the fore front of innovative services available to help with the administration of your employee benefit plans as well as services that may be of help to your employees.
