Cindy Rhodes, CEBS

Cindy has over 20 years of experience in employee benefits, both on the employee benefit consulting side and the employer side.  Over the course of her career on the employee benefit consulting side, Cindy provided a wide range of services to companies of various sizes and industries.

Cindy assists clients with benefit plan marketing, renewal and analysis, plan implementation, vendor management, advocacy and all areas of compliance.  Cindy will also clearly communicate the intricacies of your benefit plans so that employees understand their benefits and how best to utilize them.

Prior to joining the world of benefit consulting, Cindy administered employee benefits for a mid-sized non-profit organization and a national restaurant group as part of the Human Resources team.   She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.  Cindy is a member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS).  She has served on the Board of the Georgia Chapter of the ISCEBS as well.

Cindy and her husband, Tom, reside in Mableton.  In her spare time, she enjoys bicycle riding and cooking new recipes.
