Anne Swift

Anne has been working in the field of employee benefits for more than twenty years.  Her experience includes Account Management and Account Executive positions with other employee benefit consulting firms.    Anne was previously with The Benefit Company before returning to TBC in 2019.

Anne serves as an Account Manager for The Benefit Company, supporting clients both in the mid and large group market. Anne has extensive experience executing client’s strategic benefit plans, vendor reviews, benefit and claims analysis, employee education/communication, and wellness initiatives.  Our clients have quickly learned to rely on Anne for accurate resolution to their issues.

Anne and her husband, Jeff have been married 25 years and reside in Roswell, Georgia.  They are the proud parents of three children.
